Moshi Concepts builds non-custodial payment infrastructure for businesses, marketplaces and software agents. Our first product, Hokan, is a Cardano-first escrow platform designed to let applications lock, verify and release digital payments without taking custody of customer funds. Product stage: Hokan MVP in active development. Pilot partners welcome. Backed by Draper Dragon (https://www.draperdragon.com/) ## 01 / Our first product ### Hokan: escrow infrastructure, built to be embedded. Product stage: MVP in active development Hokan is designed to give platforms the infrastructure to add conditional and milestone-based payments without becoming the custodian of customer funds. Funds move from the payer's wallet into a smart contract, remain locked against agreed conditions, and settle directly to the receiver. Hokan provides the API, SDK and supporting infrastructure. The contract provides the rules. Learn more: https://usehokan.com/ How the escrow flow works, in order: - Step 1. Payer / Depositor: Funds the escrow - Step 2. Funds locked: Assets are secured by the smart contract - Step 3. Conditions verified: Agreed release conditions are satisfied - Step 4. Receiver: Payment settles directly to the recipient Specifications: - Launch network: Cardano first - Initial planned assets: ADA · USDM · USDCx - Custody: Non-custodial by design - Settlement: On-chain ## 02 / The bigger picture ### Escrow is the starting point. Programmable settlement is the platform. Digital commerce increasingly happens between people, businesses, platforms and software agents that may have no existing relationship and no reason to trust one another. We are building infrastructure that lets those parties transact using rules they can verify before value moves. Hokan begins with non-custodial escrow. The broader platform extends into embedded payments, stablecoin settlement, dispute tooling, payment APIs and infrastructure for human and agent-driven commerce. The thesis: - Blockchain is good at moving value. - Commerce needs rules for when it moves. - We are building that layer. Use cases: - Marketplaces: Embed settlement without building escrow - Agentic commerce: Agents prepare, people keep signing authority - Global trade: Programmable conditions for cross-border deals - Dispute resolution: Outcomes judged against agreed conditions - B2B transactions: Terms enforced by contract, not by invoice chasing - Digital services: Software, content and subscriptions - Services and milestone work: Release funds as milestones are met The platform, built in stages: - 1. Hokan escrow MVP (in development) - 2. Embedded escrow APIs and SDKs (planned) - 3. Stablecoin settlement infrastructure (planned) - 4. Dispute and resolution infrastructure (planned) - 5. Programmable payment rails (planned) - 6. Agentic commerce infrastructure (planned) - 7. Additional networks and markets (planned) ## 03 / Where we're going ### From escrow to programmable commerce. We are building the infrastructure around programmable payments: the APIs, settlement rails and tooling that let products move value on conditions their users can verify. #### 01 Payment infrastructure APIs, SDKs and settlement infrastructure that hide blockchain complexity from the products built on top. Keywords: APIs, SDKs, Settlement, Wallet UX #### 02 Stablecoin settlement Programmable movement of stable value across borders, applications and marketplaces. Keywords: USDM · USDCx, Cross-border, On and off ramps #### 03 Agentic payments Payment infrastructure designed for a future where software agents increasingly negotiate, commission and coordinate economic activity. Keywords: Agent-to-agent, Conditional settlement, Human authority **Networks.** Cardano is our first settlement network. Expansion to additional networks is part of the longer-term roadmap. **Usage-aligned revenue.** Hokan is designed to generate revenue from settled transactions and API access, aligning our growth with the economic activity built on the platform. ## 04 / Company ### Built from years of working on-chain. Moshi Concepts Inc. is a Delaware corporation with research and engineering carried out in Australia. Founder Peter Bui has been building in the Cardano ecosystem since 2021 across open-source software, infrastructure, education and community. That experience led to a simple observation: blockchain payments are good at moving value, but real commerce needs infrastructure for what happens before value should move. Hokan is our first answer to that problem. Peter Bui, Founder - Building on Cardano since 2021 - Open-source developer - Blockchain infrastructure operator - 30,000+ learner community ## Early partners ### Help us build the payment rails for programmable commerce. Hokan is in active development and we are speaking with marketplaces, platforms, developers and organisations interested in early integrations and pilot deployments. If your product needs escrow, milestone payments or programmable settlement, we want to hear from you.
