Moshi Concepts builds non-custodial payment infrastructure for businesses, marketplaces and software agents. Our first product, Hokan, is a Cardano-first escrow platform designed to let applications lock, verify and release digital payments without taking custody of customer funds.

Hokan is designed to give platforms the infrastructure to add conditional and milestone-based payments without becoming the custodian of customer funds. Funds move from the payer's wallet into a smart contract, remain locked against agreed conditions, and settle directly to the receiver. Hokan provides the API, SDK and supporting infrastructure. The contract provides the rules.
Funds the escrow
Assets are secured by the smart contract
Agreed release conditions are satisfied
Payment settles directly to the recipient
Digital commerce increasingly happens between people, businesses, platforms and software agents that may have no existing relationship and no reason to trust one another. We are building infrastructure that lets those parties transact using rules they can verify before value moves.
Hokan begins with non-custodial escrow. The broader platform extends into embedded payments, stablecoin settlement, dispute tooling, payment APIs and infrastructure for human and agent-driven commerce.
Stages after the MVP describe direction, not committed dates.
We are building the infrastructure around programmable payments: the APIs, settlement rails and tooling that let products move value on conditions their users can verify.
APIs, SDKs and settlement infrastructure that hide blockchain complexity from the products built on top.
Programmable movement of stable value across borders, applications and marketplaces.
Payment infrastructure designed for a future where software agents increasingly negotiate, commission and coordinate economic activity.
Networks Cardano is our first settlement network. Expansion to additional networks is part of the longer-term roadmap.
Usage-aligned revenue Hokan is designed to generate revenue from settled transactions and API access, aligning our growth with the economic activity built on the platform.
Moshi Concepts Inc. is a Delaware corporation with research and engineering carried out in Australia.
Founder Peter Bui has been building in the Cardano ecosystem since 2021 across open-source software, infrastructure, education and community.
That experience led to a simple observation: blockchain payments are good at moving value, but real commerce needs infrastructure for what happens before value should move. Hokan is our first answer to that problem.
Hokan is in active development and we are speaking with marketplaces, platforms, developers and organisations interested in early integrations and pilot deployments.
If your product needs escrow, milestone payments or programmable settlement, we want to hear from you.
